Members from the 2d Theater Signal Brigade and Bundeswehr Communication and Information Systems Command attended the 2021 Interoperability Cooperation Group event at USAG Wiesbaden June 8, 2021. The purpose of the event is to discuss various partnership items between the two units, including long-range training, site visits, DEFENDER-Europe 22 planning, and other interoperability activities. During the event, Army Col. Michael R. Kaloostian, 2d Theater Signal Brigade Commander, and Brig. Gen. Dietmar Mosmann, Deputy Commander, BwCISCOM and CDR IT Troops, signed a Partnership Agreement.

The partnership agreement will increase both organizations’ operational readiness and professional excellence through close cooperation and continuous exchange of experience.
