A German boar sword, 1st half of the 16th century Sturdy blade with a medial ridge on each side, a lateral barbed hook at the base of the long ricasso. A quadrangular aperture to slot in the missing cross bar. The round quillons widening slightly conically outwards. The grip made of two riveted halves of antlers with three iron domed rivets on the front. Iron grip cap. Length 119 cm.
