Park Folley West, Castle Park, Colchester, Essex, England, UK. This sloping grass area once called Sheepshead Meadow. It was used by cloth makers of the nearby Dutch Quarter to dry their cloth after it had been washed and fulled at the mills. Cloth stretched onto tenter frames and held in place with tener hooks.
