The Mayor of Bournemouth Cllr John Adams ties a red ribbon around the memorial to Red Arrow pilot Flt Lt Jon Egging on the fourth anniversary of his death when his Red Arrow aircraft crashed after a display at Bournemouth Air Festival. It is expected that many others will participate and tie their own ribbon to mark their respect, remembrance and thanks to create a colourful tribute to the pilot.
