Senior Airman Austin Kingfisher, 234th Intelligence Squadron aerial imagery analyst, provides analysis for the Klamathon Fire July 11, 2018, at Beale Air Force Base, California. The imagery analysts coordinate with crews on the ground, which allow them to fight the fires more effectively. They notify the crews on the ground if the fire has gotten past barriers created by bulldozers or if new fires have been started by embers.
