With the help of the Air National Guard’s 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, a Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules crew from Elizabeth City, , palletizes 500,000 doses of the COVID vaccine to load on the plane in Memphis on July 14, 2021. This delivery was received by a embassy team in Haiti under the COVAX program on behalf of the Health and Human Services — a gift from the American people to the people of Haiti.
