Station of II class. New station house, architect Folke Zettervall. K-marked 1986. The station was built in 1873. New station house in 1902, when the track area was also expanded. In 1916 and 1943, the expansion of the yard took place. The name of the station was changed to "Avesta Central" , to "Avesta-Krylbo" and to "Avesta Krylbo"
