The market for growing bird seed has increased massively due to a rise in the number of people feeding birds in their gardens. Once rare scenes like these beautiful yellow sunflowers are becoming more common throughout Britain as feeding garden birds is now one of the fastest growing hobbies. Gemma Butlin from the RSPB said: "more people than ever before are feeding birds in their gardens, it is now more than 60% of the UK population."
