The hay was put under cover and all winter long the animals on his farm preferred the Alfilaria toeither Alfalfa or barley hay. The cattle and horses became fat beyond all experience, and the cows gavemore milk than when fed on any other fodder. We heartily recommend the Alfilaria for use on the large stock grazing ranges of Arizona and New Mexico,and to the notice of any ranchers in California where the grass does not grow naturally.
