Akashi Kaikyo Bridge spans the Seto Inland Sea from Kobe to Awaji Island, Japan. The central span is registered to be the longest in the world. The bridge also puts on an evening light show where points of light along the suspension cables change color inspiring the moniker "Pearl Bridge."
