Super Bowl Boulevard is readied, with a surveillance camera seen on a light pole, in Midtown Manhattan in New York on Friday, January 24, 2014. Despite the game being held in New Jersey on February 2 sports fans are expected to pack New York to take part in the multitude of activities planned around the game. Security is expected to reach unprecedented levels and the NYPD has installed approximately 200 temporary surveillance cameras, in addition to the multitude they already have in place, in the 13 block length on Broadway that will host the street fair for the week prior to the game.
