This weekend's famous Rebellion Festival has been hailed "an amazing event" with hoteliers and bars benefiting from a surge in visitor numbers. It's good for the town and good for the local industry. The boost in trade was a welcome one for the many hoteliers who are enduring another disappointing season weatherwise. PUNK festival fever has spread across Blackpool as the resort became awash with brightly-coloured mohicans, fishnets and rocker jackets.
