Reproduces itself true from seed. Per pkt. 25 cts. THREE GIANT SNAPDRAGONS. (Antirrhinum Hajus Grandi- florum.) The Snapdragons do not seem to receive from amateurs the attention they deserve. In our trial grounds last year we had a line each of the three improved varieties, offered below. They were sown in the open ground late in April and were in full flower in July, remaining a sheet of bloom until frost, and were much admired by many visitors. They succeed best in a rather light soil, in a sunny position, and, although per- ennials, succeed well when treated as annuals. 5132 Giant White ... BEGONIA VERNON GRANDIFLORA. 5283 A large flowering form of the well-knownand popular Begonia Vernon,\v\\h which it is identical ingrowth, fioriferousness and color. The flowers are nearly twice the size of the type, and is therefore showier and more desirable—and is one of the best bright- red Summer-flowering plants for semi-shaded beds or borders ; grows readily from seed, flowering in a few weeks from time of sowing.
