Brad Collins, commander of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT), toured Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) and some of its current construction projects including the new Expeditionary Medical Facility, currently being built. CLDJ is an operational installation that enables , allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
