Who knows, and who but God does know, but what theseacts of Dr. Burleson and Gen. Houston, in Baptist State Con-vention of Texas, in 1856 and 1857, held at Anderson andHuntsville, may have, in some way, at some time, in someplace, influenced Dr. H. F. Buckner to consecrate his life andgive his life for the good of these people.
