Thorax black except a band on the pronotum extending onto the posterior lobe, a deeply emarginate band on the scutellum, the metanotum, large single patches on the propodeum, a triangular patch on the pleuron and a spot on the tegulae, all of which are creamy white; evanescent areas of light fuscous appear on the pleuron below the light patches and at the meson of the scutellum; tegulae normal in form; enclosure with a deep medial groove and heavy lateral ridges subparallcl to the base; mesosternal tubercles present but very small; legs ferruginous; wings subhyaline with a dark area on the anterior border embodying the marginal cell and the apex beyond.
