Northrop Grumman Antares CRS-13 Lowered Into Horizontal Position The Northrop Grumman Antares rocket is lowered into a horizontal position to refresh and reload the final cargo into the Cygnus resupply spacecraft, Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, at launch Pad-0A of NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. Northrop Grumman’s 13th contracted cargo resupply mission with NASA to the International Space Station will deliver more than 7,500 pounds of science and research, crew supplies and vehicle hardware to the orbital laboratory and its crew.
