No. 429 is alustrous black vesselwith two handles, hav-ing in other respectsmost analogy to a blackwheel-made vessel foundin Thera (Santorin), andpreserved in the FrenchSchool here; the onlydifference is that thislatter vessel has only onehandle. Nos. 430 and431 are amphorae of adark-red colour ?.nd havetwo large handles, whichjoin the spout to the body, and two small handles on the latter.
