Thomas O’Donnell, commanding officer of Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723), welcomes the Japanese Minister of Defense Tomomi Inada aboard during her visit to Guam. While onboard Inada, accompanied by Lt. Gen. Jerry P. Martinez, Commander United States Forces, Japan, was briefed on the Oklahoma City’s mission and maritime capabilities.
