Iwas strongly insisted upon at the time of itorganisation that the Kofu-kai was formed inde-pendently of the Hakuba-kai, but it was generallylooked upon as its rebirth under a new was some reason for so regarding it, for itspromoters were for the most part Mr. Kurodasmonjin.
