Kampers exhausted their morning feeding and petting animals at Hovatter’s Zoo on June 26, 2017 in Kingwood, WV. Kids Kamp first started in 1991 as a project of the State Fair Council, to give the dependents of deployed service members a better understanding of what their parents experienced, while overseas.
