Mr. Parsell is the son of Henry V. Hannah H. (Peters) Parsell. He mar-ried Maud E. Collins, January 31, 1893. Streeter, Lafayette Pinkney, was born inBrooklyn, N. Y., December 25, 1875. He. L. P. Streeter studied for three years with the Class of 1900,and received a certificate from the Institute,issued June 11, 1900, signed by the late Pres-ident Morton, certifying to his successful completion of the special course pursued. Heentered the employ of the New York AirBrake Co., at Watertown, N. Y., as assistantto the mechanical engineer, on January i,1901; was appointed first assistant mechani-cal engineer of the company in June, 1902,and was the acting head of the mechanicalengineers department for a period of aboutthree months during that summer. On Janu-ary I, 1903, upon the reorganization of themechanical engineers department, he wasappointed to the newly created position of en-gineer of tests, having charge of the physicallaboratory and the testing of purchased mate-rial, as well
