Three Panavia Tornado GR4 fighter jets have begun their farewell tour of the UK prior to the veteran aircraft going out of service with the RAF. Here they are taxiing out from their tree encased squadron area

RAF Marham, Norfolk, UK. 19th Feb 2019. Three Panavia Tornado GR4 fighter jets have begun their farewell tour of the UK prior to the veteran aircraft going out of service with the RAF. Dubbed the 'FINale Flypasts' (the type is nicknamed the Flying Fin in RAF service due to the large tail fin) three Tornadoes are flying over a variety of locations around the UK with links to the Tornado from 19-21 Feb. RAF Marham is home to IX and 31 squadrons who share around 16 of the remaining jets before the type ends its service in mid-March, replaced by F-35s. Tornadoes saw service in the Gulf and Iraq wars as well as peacekeeping missions. Credit: Avpics / Alamy Live News
