The air used in these tests was supplied froma reservoir at a pressure of from sixty to ninety pounds per squareinch. Another test at cleaning by hand in the usual way, with beatersand brushes, showed the time necessary for each seat to vary fromthree to four minutes, the air dusters thus effecting a time saving ofabout 85 The roof is of the dome pattern, extending the whole length of thecar and out over the platforms the same as steam cars with vestibuledplatforms.
