Air Force contractor Zach Grandin, an 88th Operations Support Squadron weather technician, makes an hourly weather observation outside the Base Operations Building at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio on March 2, 2021. The Base Weather Station operates with ten contactors, around the clock and supports the aviation mission through briefs, observations and forecasts, and the resource protection mission through watches, warnings and advisories.
