The empty pallets were then loaded onto a C-17 Globemaster III from Altus AFB and brought back to JB Charleston. The Denton Program allows private citizens and organizations to use space available on military cargo planes to transport humanitarian goods, such as clothing, food, medical and educational supplies, and agricultural equipment and vehicles, to countries in need.
