Hallway MetLife Building in Lower Midtown. 200 Park Avenue. Property in the beginning of Pan American Airways, the building was designed with precast concrete elements simulating the wing of an airplane. This building was also famous for helicopter connect via JFK Airport to Manhattan in seven minutes, until a fateful accident did suspend the service in 1977. Subsequently, the company sold the building to the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
