Devotees take blessings from the Swet Bhairav God during the first day of Indra Jatra. Indra Jatra, most commonly known as "Yenya" in Nepal Bhasa which means celebration inside Kathmandu. Ya-Sin (Indradhoj Linga), a ceremonial wooden pole was erected in Hanumandhoka which marks the beginning of the eight-day long festival of Indra Jatra.
