Ore. (June 8, 2018) Rear Adm. Darren Johnson (left), deputy commander, 3rd Fleet, and Rear Adm. Gregory Harris, commander, Carrier Strike Group 11, salute the colors during the annual Rose Festival Fleet Week Royal Rosarian Honorary Knighting Ceremony. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard Members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
