These produce an abundance of small fruit, much esteemed for preserving. Trees are also very ornamental. The best varieties are Golden Beauty, Red and Transcendent. jipricots Price, 25 cents each, $2 for 10, $15 per 100. Apricots are best adapted for planting in city gardens, or where the trees are protected by surrounding buildings. They are among the most delicious of fruits, and, therefore, a little extra care should be given in protecting the flowers from the late spring frosts.
