Navy Lieutenant James R. McMillian, a surgeon from Atlanta, Georgia, examines the ten thousandth patient treated by his medical team during a Medical Civil Action Program (MEDCAP) in Thuy Tan Village. The team, part of the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, has made 56 medical visits in the Hue-Phu Bai sector over the past four months.
