Slovenia, Avce, WWI : ex Italian war cemetery. It was dedicated to Capt. Ottavio Caiazzo, golden medal for military value. The cemetery contained the graves of the soldiers who had fallen in the battles of the Bainsizza bones were transferred to the monumental ossuaries during the fascist dictatorship, with the intent to exalt the Mother Country and get Italy ready for new war.
