The Ked Wethersfield Onion, while producing large bulbs from seed, does not produce good small sets, and the Italian (mions grow most rapidly from the seed. The Potato, Egyptian, and Multiplier Onions do not produce seed, The prices quoted below are by mail, postpaid, and we can sell cheaper by the peck or bushel. See page 101. YELLOW ONION SETS. Pint 20 cts.; quart 35 cts. WHITE ONION SETS. Pint 25 cts.; quart 40 cts. POTATO ONION. Valuable for an early crop. The small bulbs increase in size and the parent bulb pro- duces a quantity of small bulbs in a cluster; of mild, sweet flavor. Pint 25 cts.; quart 45 postpaid. EGYPTIAN, or PERENNIAL TREE ONION. This is an entirely distinct type of Onion. When once set out, without having the slightest winter protection, it will come up year after year as soon as the frost breaks ground, and will grow very rapidly. The bottoms divide, making several irregular-shaped onions, which are sweet and tender. The young sets grow on top of the stalks, like Tree Onions, and can be planted in the fall. Pint '60 cts.; quart 55 cts., postpaid. WHITE MULTIPLIER ONION SETS. This valuable variety is enormously productive, fre- quently producing as many as twenty bulbs in a cluster from a single bulb planted. The color is pure, silvery white.
