Takazumi Oka (1890 - 1973) Navy Vice Admiral. Navy undersecretary in the Tojo Cabinet. After the Pacific War, he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the International Military Tribunal for the Far East and served in prison. He was released on parole in 1954
