A percussion target rifle, a so-called "Benchrest-Rifle", Estabrook, Milford USA, circa 1850 Extremely heavy, smooth octagonal barrel in mm calibre with false muzzle, length 86 cm (and cm, respectively). Tubular aperture sight on top, underneath the muzzle a screwed rest. Back-action percussion lock, set trigger. Beautifully grained butt with iron, partially slightly pitted furniture.
