140402-N-AP176-014 GULF OF GUINEA (April 2, 2014) - Sailors, Coast Guardsmen and Ghanaian maritime specialists, all embarked aboard joint, high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1), ride in a rigid-hull inflatable boat as part of a combined maritime law enforcement operation under the African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership (AMLEP) program.
