A model made by architect David Marks designer of the London Eye of the 600ft high West Pier tower he wants to build in Brighton on its launch in March 2006. The project has the working title Brighton i 360 because of the sweeping 360 degree views people will have from the top. In the background are the remains of the West Pier which will be partly incorporated into the structure. The project will undergo a public survey before applying for planning permission
