The 2-501st had 96 hours to prepare their mission planning for the exercise. Chaplain Brock is deployed to Fort Polk as part of the JRTC Exercise Support Group, supporting nearly 6,000 Soldiers of the 27th IBCT during the JRTC rotation. This rotation was the first opportunity since Staff Sgt. Brock's enlistment in 2009 that he was on the same military post as his father at the same time. ( Army National Guard photo by Sgt.
