171029-N-AX638-0017 COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (Oct. 29, 2017) Ensign Jake Archer, from Marietta, Ohio, gives members of the public a tour of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83) while the ship is moored in Colombo, Sri Lanka, for a port visit. Howard is part of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group on a regularly scheduled deployment in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
