AFRIPICS - Waveland, MS, June 21, 2015 - Historical marker outside Waveland School Civic Center, Waveland, Mississippi. Waveland School Civic Center was severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The restoration of Waveland School Civic Center was made possible with funding from FEMA Public Assistance (PA).
