Heart cancer. Heart affected by malignant (cancerous) neoplastic pericarditis. In this condition a malignant neoplasm (tumour) has caused inflammation of the pericardial sac surrounding the heart. Heart cancer is extremely rare and can be lethal through its potential to interfere with the normal operation of the heart muscle.
