POST WAR PLANNING AND RECONSTRUCTION IN BRITAIN: PORTSMOUTH - Part of the city centre section of the model produced by the city architects as part of the City of Portsmouth Replanning Scheme. The model represents a proposal for the rebuild of the area destroyed during heavy German bombing raids on 10 January, 10 March and 21 April 1941.
