BALTIMORE (Oct. 4, 2018) Matten Roy, the founder of the Sheep Dog Challenge, receives a tour of Naval Operational Support Center Baltimore from a Naval Criminal Investigative Service Sailor. Roy created the Sheepdog Challenge as a way of challenging citizens to visit their local police departments and thank those who protect the community; he has been traveling the nation for two years thanking various police departments for their service.
