It comprisesthe distiict bonnded on the north by the sonth side ofEast Fourth Street, on the west by the east side ofAvenue D, Sheriff and Jackson Streets on the south,and east by the East River. The first pastor apjiointed to this charge was theRev. Michael McKenna.
