The three, 18-storey, 55 m high, NV Buildings are residential towers, overlooking the Huron Basin of the Manchester Ship Canal at Pier 9. The buildings, part of the Salford Quays regeneration of an industrial waterway, were completed 2004-2005, at a cost of £36 million. The curved frontages of the buildings are designed to represent sails.
