The sincen^sympathy of all theemployes on the di-vision, indeed of theentire community, isextended to Mr. andMrs. Ott in theirdeep sorrow. The funeral services, which were held in Catholic Chiuch, were largelyattended. Interment was in Mt. CalvaryCemetery. Harry Cassell, secretary to superintendentScott, is on a three months furlough because ofill health. Oran Cook, a student of BaltimoreDental Institute, is spending his summer vaca-tion filling Mr. Cassells place. Miss Ethel Bradford, clerk in superin-tendents office, has been quite ill for the lasttwo months. Her many friends are glad toknow her condition is greatly improved. Tazwell Ellett, Jr., assistant division engi-neer, had the degree of Civil Engineercon-ferred upon him by the Virginia MilitaryInstitute on June 20. He also attended thereunion of the alumni, being a member of theclass of 1906. The moral standing of the superintendentsoffice has been raised since the installation ofthe baseball Cuss Box.
