Portsmouth,Hampshire Wednesday 9th March 2016 A contractor who was preparing to carry out works in an area made the grim discovery of a decapitated body in woodland at the Tesco Extra in North Harbour in Portsmouth just before 11am this morning. Police were called to the scene at Tesco’s Northarbour store at about following the discovery. Police have taped off the exit to the garage and three police cars were at the scene. Hampshire Constabulary said in a statement: ‘Police were called today due to the finding of what are believed to be human remains, We have commenced an investigation.’ The petrol station remained open, with drivers having to exit through the entrance point. ©UKNIP
