The Bolens Power Hoe is a light garden tractor so skillfully designed as to be in fact a motorized wheel hoe. Given a guiding hand, it does the most exacting work much more rapidly than can be done with hand or push hoes. The Bolens is used by market growers, florists, nurserymen, garden lovers, in fact, by all who practice intensive cultivation of row crops. The Bolens is an excellent Power Lawn Mower. With the Lawn Mower Attach- ment, any mower from 18 inches to 31 inches wide may be attached. Attaching the mower is but a matter of seconds. Its more important features are: First.—A patented arched axle which allows the tractor to travel astride the row, pass over plants 14 inches to 20 inches high without damage, and work in rows 12 inches apart or wider. Second.—A tool control whereby the operator may guide the tractor along winding rows, and do the most accurate weeding and mulching without injury to the crop.
