The clock tower of Leicester Town Hall, Leicester, England, UK. Designed by the architect Francis Hames, Leicester Town Hall was built between 1874 and 1876 and was the first civic building in the UK to be built in the Queen Anne Style. Prior to this date Leicester's Guild Hall, next to the Cathedral, had acted as the Town Hall.
