A one-year course is offered here, and up to this time the privilege to takethis course has been extended to the girls of all the high school course in Cooking is also given to the girls of the Seventh grade and acourse in Sewing to the Eighth grade girls. For the high school class we have an eighty-minute period each a rule we have l)een devoting two days a week to theory work and reci-tation and the remaining three days to practice in cooki
